Return Policy

In the event of an incorrect (you received a different product than you ordered) or defective product, we will refund or exchange it for free.
Please include a photo of the product with your refund / exchange request.
 
In the event that an incorrect size was ordered we will exchange the product, however the user is responsible for freight cost of both returning the incorrect size and sending out the new product.
 
In the event of a lost package, please contact the shipper.
 
To initiate a refund / exchange request, please email customer service with subject: Refund / Return request. Return to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:
  • Order Number
  • Description of problem if an incorrect or defective product was received (i.e. product arrived with a torn sleeve). Please include a photo of the product.
  • If the size or color is wrong, include the correct size or color.
